Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AlfaMango, each product is packed and delivered with care to provide a high-quality experience. As a premium online brand, we currently do not offer refunds or returns, except in rare cases of damage or manufacturing defects.

Due to the high shipping and handling costs involved in domestic and international logistics, we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or color preference.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind

  • Size or color preference

  • Personal dissatisfaction with the product

We strongly encourage all customers to review product details, descriptions, and images carefully before placing an order. If you need raw or additional images of any product, feel free to reach out — we’ll be happy to help.

📦 Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items

A replacement will only be offered if the product received is:

  • Damaged during shipping, or

  • Has a clear manufacturing defect

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at team@alfamango.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect

  3. Make sure the item is unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging

If your request is approved, you will be required to ship the product back to us at your own cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send you a replacement.

🔔 AlfaMango reserves the right to reject any replacement request if the product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

❌ Refunds

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances unless a cancellation request is received within the allowed window (see below). Approved cancellations are subject to a processing fee.

🛑 Cancellations

To cancel an order:

  • Contact us at team@alfamango.com within 12 hours of placing the order

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible

  • A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved cancellations

  • Make sure your shipping information is correct and complete
